This dynamic two-year rotational program is designed to develop high-potential graduates into future leaders in investment and asset management.

Through three 8-month rotations across private markets,spanning areas such as Real Estate Asset Management, Infrastructure Equity, Private Markets Product Development and more,you’llgain broad exposure to the investment landscape while buildinga strong foundation for your career.

Responsibilities
  • Gain valuable and diverse experience with multiple asset classes and front office exposure
  • Work with a variety ofRotation

    Managers to maximize the opportunity toacquiretechnical knowledge
  • Develop an appreciation of the diversity of the asset origination and asset management businesses within the context of a large global financial services firm
Required Qualifications
  • Expected to graduate in 2027from an accredited university with a degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
  • Working knowledge of investment and financial markets
  • Demonstrated understanding of financial and investment analysis techniques
  • Ability to be flexible, creative, and proactive in a challenging and fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to learn new software quickly
  • Familiarity with both quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis
