Key Responsibilities:

• Create drafts for earnings releases and Q&A sessions

• Formulate guidance revisions with supporting scenarios

• Prepare investor day presentations and AGM materials

• Conduct thorough shareholder analysis and recommend returns

• Evaluate vulnerabilities to activist stakes

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years in investor relations for public companies

• Expertise managing earnings cycle processes

• Experience engaging with financial analysts

• Ability to analyze shareholder structures

• IRC charter or related qualifications are a plus
