Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare quarterly tax provisions adhering to IFRS and US GAAP

• Manage Canadian tax compliance and related filings

• Assist with reorganizations, distributions, and related transactions

• Review tax calculations and maintain accurate documentation

Requirements:

• CPA/CA designation with 5+ years of tax experience

• Expertise in Canadian tax compliance and accounting

• Experience with corporate tax audits by CRA

• Strong organizational and communication skills
