Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client business and financial drivers

• Prepare investor presentations and marketing documents

• Facilitate coordination of transaction data rooms

• Assist in due diligence and quality of earnings assessments
Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, or related

• 2–4 years of relevant experience for Associates

• Familiarity with advanced Excel and PowerPoint tools

• Strong analytical and client service orientation

• Interest in pursuing additional finance credentials
