We are in search of a Private Equity Associate to enhance our Toronto-based investments team. This role is vital for supporting the investment process through comprehensive research, valuation analysis, and financial modeling. You will actively participate in due diligence and the monitoring of portfolio assets, helping to refine our investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform research and analysis on public and private investments

• Conduct valuation assessments for investment opportunities

• Create financial models and return scenarios

• Undertake due diligence and evaluate investment risks

• Assist in monitoring portfolio performance metrics
Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant investment experience

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials

• CFA enrollment and/or CA is advantageous

• In-depth understanding of investment valuation techniques

• Strong communication and presentation capabilities
