As a full-time Senior Payments Operator, you will report to the Assistant Manager and play a vital role in the wire origination process. You'll actively listen to client needs, resolve issues, and ensure all transactions follow necessary KYC and regulatory guidelines. Your expertise with banking systems will be essential in maintaining an efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage wire transfer requests and customer inquiries
• Ensure proper authorization for outgoing and incoming wires
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance client experiences
• Escalate any concerns related to transactions promptly
• Document all processes according to established guidelines
Requirements:
• Experience with BESS, SWIFT, and banking applications
• Fluency in Microsoft Office products
• Flexible availability for shifts as required
• In-depth knowledge of Payments Processing practices
• Strong problem-solving and customer service approach
