Position: Full-Time Mortgage Funder
Advance your career as a Mortgage Funder at First National in downtown Toronto. This full-time role focuses on managing mortgage files and ensuring compliance while supporting clients effectively.

The Mortgage Funder will instruct, advance, and close mortgage files, reporting to the Manager of Third Party Residential Underwriting. Candidates should bring strong communication skills, organizational prowess, and a working knowledge of the mortgage industry to meet the demands of high-volume processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Instruct and close mortgage files for clients

• Verify solicitors' entitlement and documentation accuracy

• Prepare instructional packages and follow up with solicitors

• Organize and manage mortgage files efficiently

• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Previous experience in Financial Services sector preferred

• Solid understanding of mortgage industry practices

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong time management and conflict resolution skills
