This role at MCAP involves direct collaboration with the Finance Director to oversee month-end closing and management reporting. The Senior Financial Analyst ensures accuracy in financial documentation, prepares insights for business processes, and coaches junior analysts. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential to thrive in this dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support month-end and quarter-end financial activities

• Prepare monthly financial results and enterprise reporting

• Analyze variances against budgets and present findings

• Develop tailored reporting packages for senior management

• Execute quarterly consolidated financial statements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience

• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial statements

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Understanding of financial products like mortgages

• CPA or CFA designation preferred
