Director, Working Capital and Liquidity at GWL

Become the Director focusing on working capital and liquidity management at George Weston Limited in Toronto.

Reporting to the VP, Treasury, you will support cash flow forecasts and strategic planning, particularly for Loblaw and Choice Properties.

Your role is vital in optimizing liquidity and enhancing the performance of treasury operations through effective mentorship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate liquidity funding strategies for the organization

• Assess working capital requirements with cross-functional teams

• Trigger improvements in enterprise cash flow forecasting

• Manage components impacting cash conversion metrics

• Strategically oversee the Loblaw Supplier Finance program

Requirements:

• CPA designation required

• 6+ years in Corporate Treasury with leadership experience

• Extensive knowledge in managing liquidity

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Experience with Power BI/DAX or Python preferred
