As a Senior Manager, you will lead NIE/FTE processes, including Five Year Outlook and monthly monitoring, to boost operational efficiency. Acting as a strategic co-pilot, you will collaborate closely with PB & CB Platform Performance Management to offer financial insights, enabling senior management to make informed decisions. Your expertise will not only help refine financial strategies but also guide team performance and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead NIE/FTE processes for financial planning and analysis

• Provide proactive financial analysis for Distribution business units

• Liaise with PB & CB performance management teams

• Deliver actionable insights for senior management decisions

• Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years in financial reporting and analysis

• Expertise in metrics and performance management

• Experience with financial systems like EPM (Cognos)

• Strong MS Office Suite proficiency

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
