Investment Banking Associate - Diverse Products

Become an Associate in the Investment Banking Diversified Industries team, enhancing relationships with corporates and financial institutions. Work on a variety of banking products involving mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises.

In this Associate role, you'll engage with clients in both buy-side and sell-side M&A processes, as well as equity and debt capital raises. Your responsibilities will include analyzing corporate financials, producing key documents for mergers and public offerings, and financial modeling. You'll play a pivotal role in training analysts and executing transactions while maintaining strong client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
