Position: Information Analyst for Corporate Actions

As part of the Asset Services Information Unit at the Canadian Depository for Securities, you'll support corporate actions data management and reporting. This analytical role requires 3+ years of capital markets experience, effective communication, and the ability to navigate complex transactions. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate corporate action data lifecycle

• Collaborate with transfer agents and underwriters

• Enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy

• Consult on custom corporate action requests

• Communicate critical updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in financial services

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field

• Knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income

• Advanced skills in Excel and Google Workspace

• Strong analytical capabilities for entitlement payments
