In this pivotal role on the FP&A team, you’ll serve as a trusted financial advisor, interpreting and challenging financial data while linking performance to strategic outcomes. You will build plans and models for budgeting and forecasting that directly support our corporate objectives. Close collaboration with accounting and operations will enhance the accuracy of financial metrics and help improve overall FP&A processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights
• Drive resource allocation and investment prioritization
• Develop annual budgets and long-range financial plans
• Collaborate with Accounting for consistency in metrics
• Enhance tools and processes for FP&A effectiveness
Requirements:
• Relevant degree in finance, accounting, or similar
• 4-6 years of finance or FP&A experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Expertise in Excel and AI tools
