As a Private Client Operations Specialist at CI, you will support the CIIS Reconciliation team in managing financial and non-financial transactions. This in-office position offers the chance to work directly with custodians and investment counselors, ensuring seamless account management for high-net-worth clientele.

Your role will also involve identifying workflow improvements in addition to handling escalated issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily reconciliation of account and cash values

• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve transaction discrepancies

• Maintain compliance with business and operational procedures

• Facilitate prompt service to financial advisors and client service teams

• Participate in special projects and quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

• Post-secondary credential in Business or related area

• Experience in financial services considered beneficial

• Familiarity with mutual funds and securities operations

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong data entry and analytical skills
