As a Co-op Intern at Quad Real, you will support the Canadian Debt Investments team in analyzing $13.9 billion in mortgage investments. You will gain hands-on experience in underwriting financing opportunities and conducting due diligence while developing key industry skills. Key Responsibilities:
• Underwrite real estate financing opportunities and analyze models
• Conduct asset valuations and market research for debt investments
• Prepare investment presentation materials for committee consideration
• Perform sensitivity analysis on critical deal factors
• Ensure compliance with risk management policies
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Commerce, Finance, or related fields
• Strong analytical skills with data handling experience
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Previous real estate-related experience desirable
• Interest in pursuing CFA or AACI designations
