Intermediate Financial Analyst at Lush

Become an Intermediate Financial Analyst at Lush North America, a leading company in bath and beauty products. This hybrid role focuses on financial analysis and collaboration with Supply Chain and Purchasing teams.

Reporting to the Manufacturing FP&A Manager, you will support operational finance, drive data analysis, and provide insights on performance issues. Your expertise in financial modelling, variance analysis, and forecasting will be critical in identifying opportunities and risks within Supply Chain operations. This role requires a proactive financial partner who transforms data into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with Manufacturing Finance and Supply Chain teams

• Perform month-end variance analysis for Supply Chain operations

• Analyze Inventory performance, identifying targets and inefficiencies

• Provide insights for Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)

• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing Finance

• Strong knowledge of FP&A principles and cost accounting

• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel and KPI dashboards

• Excellent presentation and communication skills

• Results-oriented with a proactive approach
