In this leadership role, you'll be essential in developing comprehensive business plans for both consumer and business portfolios. Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders during monthly and quarterly reviews, sharing vital insights on performance trends and identified risks. You'll champion projects that enhance operational efficiency and profitability, ensuring compliance with federal and provincial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of comprehensive business plans for portfolios

• Forecast accurately for both consumer and business segments

• Drive monthly and quarterly performance review sessions

• Coordinate projects addressing variances identified in KPIs

• Identify initiatives for revenue generation and cost reduction

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

• Minimum eight years of experience in relevant roles

• Advanced expertise in business planning and forecasting

• Proficient in English and knowledge of intermediate French

• Strong understanding of banking and credit card services
