Senior Financial Analyst

• Manage the annual Cost to Serve model from data collection through report production and analysis
• Lead analysis of profitability-growth levers at fund, member, and Client levels
• Lead expense studies and industry benchmark surveys
• Collaborate with finance and analytics resources to build and extract accurate datasets
• Support month/quarter-end reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning/budgeting for expense management
• Execute month-end close processes, including accruals, expense transfers, and review of preliminary results
• Investigate and communicate expense variances to management
• Analyze expense trends and recommend savings opportunities
• Collaborate with Finance areas to promote process integration and efficiencies
• Present to senior management and business-unit partners
• Prepare or assist with ad hoc analyses and projects

• Minimum 5 years of business/accounting experience
• Strong financial analysis and model development skills
• Working knowledge of IFRS 17 and its impact on expense reporting
• Experience with expense reporting and accounting
• Proven ability to partner and build relationships
• Flexibility, adaptability, and creativity to meet deadlines and manage priorities
• Excellent PC skills
• Experience with MS Office Suite, SAP, Tableau, and Hyperion
• Highly motivated and able to seek process improvements
• Accounting designation or Master's degree preferred
• Experience with Activity Based Costing, Cost to Serve, or Segmentation Reporting preferred

Demonstrates strong financial analysis and model development skills, with expertise in expense reporting and accounting. Proficient in managing the Cost to Serve model and collaborating with finance teams to enhance process efficiencies.
