Real Estate Finance Associate

Our client seeks an Associate with a strong finance background to join their established team in Toronto. Ideal candidates will have over four years of experience in commercial real estate or mortgage finance. This role involves detailed underwriting, transaction preparation, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and underwrite multifamily mortgage transactions

• Prepare transactions for internal and external approvals

• Ensure compliance with lending policies and regulations

• Provide guidance during the origination process

• Develop and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

• 4+ years in commercial real estate or mortgage finance

• Understanding of the Canadian multifamily market

• Undergraduate degree in Finance or related field

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
