Monex is seeking a meticulous Options Control Analyst for its Toronto office. This pivotal role focuses on independent verification and validation of structured FX option transactions while supporting operational enhancement initiatives. Candidates should have 3-5 years of derivatives operations experience and a strong understanding of FX products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate structured FX option transactions in KACE (FENICS)
• Enforce consistent operational procedures across jurisdictions
• Investigate trade capture discrepancies and valuation exceptions
• Execute timely escalation of operational issues
• Collaborate with trading and treasury teams for alignment
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years in derivatives operations or trade support
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Experience with TARFs and barrier options
• Effective communication and organizational skills
