Job SummaryThis role provides volume support through day-to-day operational activities within a call center environment. The position involves making outbound calls to financial institutions and updating internal systems, with 80% of functions dedicated to the timely and accurate follow-up of client transfers from other financial institutions into TD Wealth. The remaining 20% of functions include data entry activities such as updating in-house systems and working closely with ISM, Kofax (Imaging system), and in-house Case Management software.
The team consists of 20 members and operates within a collaborative, close-knit culture that emphasizes growth and ongoing support. A full week of training will be provided, with ongoing support thereafter. The contractor will have access to customer data. A daily 15-minute huddle meeting is required, and the role involves external interactions.

Required Skills- Operations experience in banking/financial services: 5 7 years
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- High technical aptitude
- Strong Excel skills solid understanding of using Excel spreadsheets, including spreadsheets with macros; must have strong technical skills to be able to pick up on learning macros during training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for updating tickets and carrying out data entry duties
- Professional and interpersonal skills for making phone calls phone experience is a strong must-have skill required for the role
