You will play a critical role in Aero Vect’s financial landscape as the first dedicated finance professional. Your responsibilities will include managing AP and AR, ensuring timely vendor payments, tracking budget variances, and preparing financial documents for board meetings. This role emphasizes the use of AI for automating finance operations, driving efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the complete accounts payable cycle, managing payment runs

• Issue, track, and collect on customer invoices under commercial contracts

• Analyze budget vs. actuals and ensure deadline adherence

• Prepare comprehensive financial materials for board meetings

• Streamline finance workflows with automation tools

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of experience in finance or related fields

• Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and modeling

• Exceptional attention to detail and accountability

• Strong communication abilities in both written and verbal forms

• CPA or CFA Level I (preferred)
