Collections Representative at Eden Park

Your role will involve contacting past due customers and coordinating recovery efforts within company policies and procedures. You will document call activities diligently and achieve individual collection targets alongside company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact past due customers and negotiate payment arrangements

• Maintain and coordinate payment recovery efforts according to policy

• Document all call activity in the Collections system

• Assess accounts and refer for further action if necessary

• Meet individual collection targets to support departmental success

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

• Flexible availability for rotating shifts

• Experience with collections is a plus

• Must pass criminal and credit background checks
