Position: Analyst, Asset Management at CT REIT
Become a vital asset in CT REIT’s Asset Management & Investments team. This Analyst position focuses on financial analysis, valuation support, and investment underwriting for our REIT portfolio.

As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting the team with quarterly valuations and auditing processes. Your expertise in commercial real estate and financial modeling, particularly using Argus, will support the management's decision-making process. Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in related roles and strong Microsoft Excel skills are ideal for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating quarterly valuation and audit processes

• Review external appraisals for accuracy and reasonableness

• Conduct commercial real estate market research and analysis

• Create Argus Enterprise models for asset valuation

• Prepare investment analysis to support decision making

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in commercial real estate

• Proficiency in Argus modeling and Microsoft Excel

• Strong knowledge of real estate financial modeling

• Excellent communication skills at all levels

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
