Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee analyst team, ensuring underwriting procedures are met
• Handle intricate loan structures with little oversight
• Analyze commercial property financial information accurately
• Review third-party compliance reports for lending
• Prepare comprehensive loan summaries for approvals
Requirements:
• 6-7 years of experience in commercial lending
• Finance/Real Estate degree or MBA preferred
• Expertise in financial analysis and legal documentation
• Strong organizational skills for multitasking
• Preferred bilingualism in English and French
