EHN Financial Planning Analyst

The Senior Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the Financial Planning & Analytics team, responsible for driving financial planning and performance monitoring across a national network of treatment centers. This role partners with clinical and operational leaders to develop actionable insights through robust financial modeling and data analysis, ultimately supporting EHN's mission to deliver quality mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting activities

• Maintain financial models for operational expenses

• Evaluate key financial drivers and risks

• Provide variance analysis and detailed reporting

• Support strategic decision-making with financial data

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field

• 4+ years of relevant financial analysis experience

• Proficient in advanced Excel and financial modeling

• Strong ability to communicate financial insights clearly

• Detail-oriented and capable of improving processes
