As an intern in the Global Compensation Finance team, you will play a crucial role in financial reporting, analysis, and process efficiency. Key responsibilities include supporting monthly and quarterly reporting and updating essential documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Support financial reporting for employee compensation programs

• Identify automation opportunities within reporting processes

• Maintain and update Global Compensation SOPs and documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives

• Participate in governance and internal control activities

Requirements:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance or related field

• Pursuing or planning CPA designation

• Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
