Join Quad Real as an Investments Intern in Toronto and immerse yourself in real estate finance. Contribute to investment analysis while learning from experienced professionals in a collaborative environment.

This internship is aimed at students in real estate, finance, or related fields. You will assist the Development & Investment team by executing financial analyses, managing transactions, and supporting the preparation of investment documents.

Your role will include research, monitoring market data, and providing insights that inform decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support investment performance evaluation and reporting

• Manage transactions and joint venture relationships

• Conduct competitive market research and analysis

• Prepare investment memorandums and cashflow forecasts

• Collaborate on internal reporting for key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Academic enrollment in Finance, Economics, or Statistics

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities

• Effective communicator with strong presentation skills

• Proficient in Excel and Power Point

• Prior experience in real estate or investments is a plus
