You will also contribute fraud expertise to the design of scalable, well-structured solutions aligned with our Fraud Target Operating Model (fTOM), helping Scene+ evolve its fraud capabilities as the program continues to grow.

You will use these insights to recommend targeted controls, new rules, and AI features that reduce losses, optimize customer experience, and support data-driven decision-making across delivery, risk and technology teams. Help analyze accounts and transactions to identify and predict risky behavior that could result in losses and implement preventative measures to address rising fraud concerns to cover an increasingly large and complex landscape of member journeys.

Collaboration.  You will work closely with other departments such as Cybersecurity, Legal and Member services as well as partner fraud departments to resolve fraud issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Automation.  You will leverage automation within the fraud day-to-day monitoring as well as within the fraud prevention platform to streamline investigative workflows, reporting and enhance fraud monitoring capabilities.
