This position is intended for a seasoned finance professional adept at managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting. You will collaborate with executive leadership to shape financial strategies while ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with financial regulations. Mentoring FP&A and accounting teams will also be a key focus.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee budgeting and long-range financial planning
• Analyze and report monthly financial results
• Ensure compliance and timely financial report preparation
• Support cash management and audit processes
• Develop and enhance internal financial controls
Requirements:
• CPA designation is mandatory
• 15+ years of finance experience in professional services
• Expertise in financial analysis and budgeting processes
• Advanced skills in SAP and Excel for financial reporting
• Strong communication for presenting financial data
