Position: Excel Developer for Capital Markets
Join Insight Global as a Front Office Excel Developer in downtown Toronto. This on-site role focuses on building Excel tools, pricing sheets, and workflow automation with VBA and Macros.

You will collaborate closely with the IRD Trading Desk in a dynamic environment that supports learning and growth in capital markets. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience and advanced Excel skills, with a keen interest in tools, modeling, and automation. This position follows trading hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, primarily onsite 4-5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build Excel-based tools for capital markets trade support

• Develop pricing sheets and enhance workflow with automation

• Utilize VBA and Macros in Rapid Application Development

• Collaborate with the IRD Trading Desk team daily

• Participate in continuous learning within the capital markets sector

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Excel development

• Advanced skills in Excel, including VBA and Macros

• Basic knowledge of Python

• Familiarity with IRD is a plus

• Experience with SQL is advantageous
