We are currently recruiting for a Part Time Bartender to join our team. The Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests, mixing ingredients to create both classic and innovative cocktails based on customer preferences. This position plays a key role in interacting with guests to ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.

Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will:
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.Check guest identification to verify legal age for alcohol and tobacco purchases.Monitor customer alcohol consumption and refuse service when necessary.Handle cash, process payments, and balance receipts accurately.Maintain and replenish bar stock and supplies as required.Promote and recommend drinks and snacks to guests to enhance sales.Provide accurate information about menu items, promotions, and hotel services.Follow all food safety, hygiene, and hotel policies and procedures.What We are Looking for...
