Key Job Functions
Sales & Business Development:
Prospect, secure, and manage social, corporate, and small meeting business. Negotiate food & beverage, function space, room blocks, and hotel services within approved guidelines. Prepare and manage contracts, BEOs, and client proposals.
Event Planning & Execution:
Oversee events from booking through on-site execution, ensuring all client requirements are met and hotel standards are maintained. Coordinate with Banquets, Culinary, and other departments to deliver flawless experiences. Conduct site inspections, client tours, and VIP services as needed.
Guest Experience & GUEST Model:
Deliver personalized, attentive service at all touchpoints: greet warmly, anticipate needs, resolve requests, and thank guests. Ensure client satisfaction before, during, and after each event.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain client files, update information, follow up post-event, and secure repeat business. Build strong relationships with external contacts, including guests, corporate clients, and community partners.
Collaboration & Leadership:
Promote teamwork, communication, and quality service across departments. Support the hotel’s catering and conference strategy, including participation in planning, reporting, and budget preparation.
Other Responsibilities:
Participate in trade shows, sales trips, and special projects as needed. Perform other duties to support hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $60,000.00 to $64,000.00 annual base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience. This is a bonus eligible position.
