Housekeeping Attendant
Key Responsibilities:
Clean, sanitize, and restock guest apartments and bathrooms daily or as scheduled.
Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture and fixtures.
Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Clean public areas such as lobbies, hallways, stairways, and laundry rooms.
Follow hotel safety and hygiene standards and procedures.
Handle guests’ belongings respectfully and report lost and found items.
Replenish supplies such as drinking glasses, soap, and tissues in rooms.
Comply with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Assist with laundry duties as needed.
Qualifications:Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good physical stamina; ability to stand, bend, lift, and move items for extended periods.
Friendly and professional demeanor.
WorkConditions:
Must be available to work on weekends and holidays as required.
May be exposed to cleaning chemicals and varying temperatures.
