Hourly Rate: $27.44, Probationary Rate: $21.95. We are looking for a hard‑working steward to ensure all sanitation standards are met, attend to customer needs, assist wait staff, keep stations stocked, and help maintain clean and sanitary areas.

• Ensuring cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel's food and beverage operations.
• Washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
• Assisting in food preparation and plating as needed.
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and kitchen essentials.
• Operating and maintaining dishwashing equipment.
• Assisting with the receiving and storage of food and beverage supplies.
• Cleaning and maintaining dining areas, kitchen surfaces, and equipment.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Assisting kitchen staff with various tasks as required.
• Providing excellent customer service to guests and colleagues.
• Following instructions from supervisors and managers to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen and dining areas.

• Refined verbal communication skills
• 2 years of previous hotel experience preferred
• Must have a flexible schedule, be highly motivated and quality driven
• Must be able to lift up to 50‑lbs
• Constant walking & standing
• Frequent lifting, crouching/bending/stooping/kneeling
