Bellhop​/Bellman; Porter

As a Resort Bell Attendant (Porter), you will be one of the first faces guests meet upon arrival. Your role is to provide a welcoming experience by assisting guests with luggage, offering directions, answering questions, and ensuring guests feel comfortable from check‑in to departure.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying active throughout the day, and taking pride in delivering excellent guest service.

• Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage transportation to and from guest rooms
• Escort guests to rooms and provide helpful information about resort amenities and services
• Assist guests with directions, transportation arrangements, and general inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming entrance and lobby area
• Support the front desk team with guest requests when needed
• Help coordinate luggage storage and delivery efficiently
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest concerns or requests
• Provide exceptional hospitality while maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times

• Previous experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, or guest services is considered an asset, but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Friendly, professional, and approachable personality
• Ability to lift and move luggage safely
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays if required
• A team player who enjoys helping others
