Bar Manager – Good Company

We're looking for a Bar Manager to join our team at Good Company.

This isn't a job for someone who's just looking to clock in, make tips, and go home. We're looking for someone who genuinely loves hospitality, loves taking care of people, and wants to help build something special.

We're a small business and a close-knit group. We need someone who works hard, stays positive, takes direction well, and understands that sometimes what's best for the business comes before what's easiest. We want someone who sees the bigger picture, cares about the guest experience, and has the ability to create regulars and special moments every single day.

Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing staff schedules
• Inventory management and placing orders
• Maintaining a positive and productive work environment
• Training and developing new staff
• Cocktail creation and menu development
• Working closely with ownership and management on events and activations
• Managing relationships with brands and partnerships
• Helping grow the business through exceptional hospitality and service
• Leading by example on the floor and behind the bar

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 4 shifts per week availability
• Previous bar management experience preferred
• Strong cocktail knowledge and creativity
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to take feedback and direction
• Someone who understands team culture and contributes to it
• Someone who can build relationships with guests and turn first-time visitors into regulars

There is a lot of room to grow in this role and a lot of potential to make more money, but it takes time, commitment, and passion. We're looking for someone who wants to be part of the journey and help us continue building something we're proud of.

Compensation will be based on experience.
