• Customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or related field
• Must have schedule flexibility for both AM/PM shifts, weekends and holidays
• Requires strong understanding of the English language to include speaking.
• Ability to learn quickly and work in fast paced position, must be able to multi‑task
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate to heavy amount of weight (minimum of 20 lbs)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and move moderate distances
• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established standards and procedures.
• Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, making beds, replenishing amenities, and cleaning bathrooms.
• Ensure all guest supplies and amenities are stocked and replenished as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or damage to the appropriate department.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Always maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Adhere to safety and security procedures and regulations.
• Valuable interpersonal, time‑management, and organizational skills as well as attention to detail.

As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness, comfort, and overall satisfaction of our guests during their stay. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and suites, contributing to the hotel's reputation for excellence and attention to detail. Candidates must currently reside in Canada with current legal working rights.

Pay: $23.48-$24.72 per hour
