In guiding the Food & Beverage team, you'll ensure seamless delivery of catering and hospitality services during events. This position involves supervising staff, monitoring guest satisfaction, and adhering to high safety and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities:
• Aid in event management and operations
• Supervise FOH staff during high-volume events
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation across service areas
• Collaborate with culinary and sales teams for execution
• Conduct post-event reviews to improve service
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
• Minimum three years in hospitality venue management
• Relevant supervisory experience crucial
• SERV Safe Certification mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
