We're looking for an Event Coordinator who takes ownership, keeps things moving, and takes pride in how everything comes together.
This role is for someone who:
Brings a genuine passion for hospitality and execution
Works independently and takes initiative
Is organized and quick‑thinking in a fast‑moving environment
Communicates with ease across clients and vendors
Notices the details, and follows through on them
What you'll be doing:
Managing events from inquiry through execution
Coordinating logistics across clients, vendors, and internal teams
Overseeing on‑site flow and overall guest experience
Supporting sales and helping convert inquiries into booked events
What we're looking for:
Experience in events, catering, or hospitality
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work evenings/weekends as needed
Knowledge of kosher catering is an asset
