As an integral part of Campus Events, you’ll coordinate logistics for various events and venues on the St. George Campus, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. This role demands strong organizational skills and the ability to liaise effectively with clients and vendors to uphold the University’s service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate conference services, including room bookings and AV setup
• Serve as primary contact for client support throughout events
• Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
• Assist in creating event proposals, quotes, and contracts
• Maintain records and post-event reports for accuracy
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum three years in hospitality or event coordination
• Proficient in room booking software, e.g., EMS
• Exceptional communication skills in a diverse environment
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects
