In this role, you will assist the Catering Sellers and Convention Services Managers with administrative duties and daily operations. Responsibilities include managing event details, coordinating with culinary and banquet teams, and ensuring all filing systems are maintained to SOP. Your attention to detail and communication skills will shine as you contribute to memorable events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide phone coverage for sales inquiries and email leads
• Coordinate menu cards and collateral with culinary and banquet teams
• Distribute daily and weekly BEOs while maintaining change logs
• Book and service internal functions and smaller group events
• Assist Catering Managers with proposals and contracts
Requirements:
• College diploma in Hospitality preferred
• Effective communication and strong computer skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work well with others
• Previous catering experience at hotels is preferred
• Familiarity with Delphi FDC and Opera systems
