We seek a candidate with 2-3 years of experience in hospitality management to guide a team of 16-20 staff. You will facilitate recruitment, conduct training sessions, and ensure adherence to operational policies. Your ability to address guest concerns will be key in sustaining high satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise front office operations and staff performance
• Effectively implement and enforce hotel policies
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations

Requirements:
• 2-3 years in hotel management or equivalent
• Strong MS Office and reservation system proficiency
• Must be bondable and capable of passing security checks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage stress and deadlines
