We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and maintaining the flow of service in our restaurant. A passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills are essential for this position.

-Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables.

-Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently to optimize seating arrangements.

-Communicate with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure timely service.

-Provide information about menu items and answer any guest inquiries.

-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host area.

-Handle phone calls with professionalism, including taking reservations and addressing guest concerns.

-Assist in managing the flow of guests during peak hours to enhance their dining experience.

-Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional guest services throughout their visit.
