Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm

• Handle waitlists and communicate guest wait times

• Accurately manage reservations through Open Table

• Assist in restaurant opening and closing duties

• Support servers and bartenders with beverage service

Requirements:

• Energetic and friendly customer service approach

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred

• Ability to remain composed during peak rushes

• Adhere to Archive Hospitality standards

• Smart Serve Certification is beneficial
