Be a welcoming presence at Steam Whistle Kitchen as a FOH Host this summer. Manage guest interactions and reservations while aiming for high-quality service.
The FOH Host role at Steam Whistle Kitchen is essential for ensuring a seamless guest experience and effective operations. This part-time position requires individuals who can work well under pressure and effectively juggle multiple tasks. Opportunities to transition into serving and bartending roles are available for team members who excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome every guest entering the restaurant

• Oversee and manage the waitlist and reservations

• Complete necessary opening and closing tasks

• Aim for exceptional guest satisfaction

• Follow the health and safety protocols of Steam Whistle
Requirements:

• Experience in hosting or serving roles

• Understanding of service etiquette and principles

• Familiarity with reservation systems, e.g., ResyOS

• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented focus

• Must hold a valid Smart Serve Certification
