• Supervise and train staff of over 20 team members

• Plan, organize, and evaluate daily banquet operations

• Negotiate with suppliers for food supplies and services

• Address customer feedback effectively to enhance experiences
Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet or restaurant management

• Smart Serve certification needed

• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
