In the role of Resort Bell Attendant, your main focus will be to assist with luggage and ensure guests receive all necessary information about the resort. You will support the front desk and maintain a welcoming environment in the lobby. Ideal for an individual passionate about hospitality, this position combines movement with guest engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist guests with luggage and welcome them warmly
• Escort guests to rooms, highlighting resort amenities
• Provide directions and assist with other inquiries
• Ensure a clean and organized lobby space
• Help front desk staff fulfill guest requests
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and friendly demeanor
• Ability to lift and carry luggage safely
• Willingness to stand and walk for long periods
