Position: Valet Driver at Fairmont Royal York
Elevate guest experiences as a Valet Driver at Fairmont Royal York. Showcase your customer service skills and efficiency in managing guest parking upon arrival and departure.

As a Valet Driver, you will report to the Front Office Leaders while providing high-level service and handling guest vehicles.

Your role includes greeting guests with a warm smile, promoting valet services, and ensuring the driveway is clear for vehicle arrivals. You'll also register vehicles accurately and assist in luggage handling, ensuring a smooth experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet all guests and co-workers with hospitality

• Position yourself to provide parking assistance

• Register guest vehicles in the parking system

• Retrieve vehicles quickly upon guest request

• Assist with luggage loading and unloading

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License with no infractions

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to work shifts, including weekends

• Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities

• Experience with Valet Operating Systems is a plus
