As a Front Desk Supervisor at Sonesta, you will ensure that all operations run smoothly and provide engaging guest experiences.
Your role will involve supervising staff, securing cash transactions, and managing reservations to enhance both occupancy and revenue. A passion for hospitality is essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet guests and manage their needs proactively
• Train staff on hotel services and emergency procedures
• Oversee cash handling, and transaction accuracy
• Coordinate with other departments for seamless service
• Regularly assess and improve front desk operations
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years in hotel management preferred
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Opera systems
• Must be physically active, able to lift up to 50 pounds
